The aim of this course is to provide students with the skills to recognize information security threats, apply protection methods and develop safe digital behaviors with basic concepts such as information ethics, law and digital citizenship.

| 1. | Understand ethical and legal responsibilities in the world of informatics by defining the concepts of informatics ethics, law and digital citizenship. |
| 2. | Discusses the methods of protecting individual and corporate information assets by analyzing information security threats. |

| 4. | To be able to use the knowledge acquired on topics such as password security and social engineering effectively in daily life and professional fields. |
