Objectives of the Course

To comprehend about science and history of science. To investigate studies made during history with different aspects. To learn the development period of science.

Course Content

Evolution of science since ancient near east civilizations. Science in Ionia-Helen, Turk-Islam (Arab, Khorasan, Seljuk, Andalusia, Ottoman) ages. Meanwhile post Renaissance, developments in "west" Astronomy, Mathematics, Physics, Medicine, Biology etc. branches. 20 century science and technology evolutions.
