Objectives of the Course

To give an information about gene transfer mechansims of bacteria, mobile genetic elements, mutations and bacterial mutagenicity tests, to teach how the microorganisms used in the field of biotechnology

Genetics of microorganisms, mobile genetic elements, transduction, conjugation and transformation, mutations, AMES test system, plasmids, molecular cloning, microbial genomics, CRISPR technology
