To teach basic hydrobotanical concepts and terminology. Aiming for students to be able to differenciate and evaluate water plant life, growth, development, reproduction, distribution mechanisms and factors affecting them in different aquatic systems and ecosystems.
Ecological terminology, spatial concepts, concept of living populations, ecological relations and factors on distribution and growth, aquatick ecosystems and varieties, aquatic plants and environmental factors, primary and secondary plants and their classification, morphology and anatomy.
