To learn purification and characterization methods of proteins from tissues and cells.
Storage of tissues and cells, homogenization, centrifugation, precipitation of proteins, removal of salts, concentration of proteins, protein and enzyme determination, electrophoresis and chromatographic techniques and characterization methods of enzymes will be taught practically.
