Objectives of the Course

To realize problems both in writing and speaking of Turkish; to examine and interpret discussed subjects in grammar.

It will be focused on discussed issues in Turkish.Sources related to the subject will be searched and new suggestions will be made.

Week 1 - Theoretical
The content and resources of the course will be introduced and attention will be drawn to the reasons that cause the problem within the framework of Altayistics.
Week 2 - Theoretical
Writing guides and discussions will be evaluated, starting from the first writing guide.
Week 3 - Theoretical
Major works written on Turkish will be evaluated.
Week 4 - Theoretical
Evaluating what difficulties current language problems may cause in ALES after graduation.
Week 5 - Theoretical
Evaluating the phonetic features of Turkish with examples from the questions.
Week 6 - Theoretical
Evaluating the morphological features of Turkish with examples from the questions.
Week 7 - Theoretical
Evaluating the sentence features of Turkish with examples from the questions.
Week 8 - Theoretical
Case suffixes and prepositional inflection subject.
Week 9 - Theoretical
Evaluation of compound verbs or phrasal structures.
Week 10 - Theoretical
Examination of Turkish dictionary structure.
Week 11 - Theoretical
Interpretation of Turkish dictionary structure
Week 12 - Theoretical
Examination and interpretation of word groups.
Week 13 - Theoretical
Evaluation of supra-sentential units named with terms such as utterance, section, kalam.
Week 14 - Theoretical
Discussion of structural mistakes made in written and oral media.
