Objectives of the Course

To examine the formation and development of Central Asian art, the features of local art and evaluation of the effects on Anatolia , the formation, development and impacts of Hun-Gokturk-Ugric and other Central Asian civilizations.

Course Content

Examining the effects , formation and supplies of Central Asian Turkish art. Examination of grave monuments and the findings taken out from Kurgan.

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to define Hun, Gokturk, Uigur arts in the scope of Turkish art.
2.To be able to comprehend the cultures of Central Asia.
3.To be able to explain the correlation values between the cultural and artistic provision of the Central Asia-Anatolia.
4.To be able to contribute to the restoration works done on the works of art of the Central Asian Turkish culture.
5.To demonstrate the interaction between Central Asia and other cultures.
