Objectives of the Course

The course aims at providing general information about Byzantine Art, and comprehension about terminology and research methods regarding Byzantine Art.

Definition of Byzantine Art, its becoming a science in the world and in Turkey, its periods, terminology of Byzantine Art, Byzantine Art research methods.
