Objectives of the Course

In this course, students are aimed to learn how to transform the information into a written text in the light of scientific information by using all their savings on a subject related to the history of art as a result of their research . It aims to produce original works , by discussing the subject, cataloging, comparing of similar examples, evaluating and dating when required with research methods and techniques used in the History of Art

Course Content

In this course, students are aimed to learn how to transform the information into a written text in the light of scientific information by using all their savings on a subject related to the history of art as a result of their research . As a result of this, students will have gained experience for the works which they will prepare in their professional lives

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to prepare work schedule by determininig the scope and limits of work on the subject
2.To be able to gather information and search for sources of information related to the subject . To be able to take photographs and make drawings of the subject
3.To be able to gather information by querying the sources in the library, archives and museums and compile this information.
4.To be able to describe the final status of the subject with practical work.
5.To be able to prepare the catalog according to the changing content depending on the subject under discussion
6.To be able to compare and contrast the work under discussion with its equivalents.
7.To be able to explain the rules and process which is followed to make the work understandable, effective, concise ,objective and clear.
