Objectives of the Course

The main objective of the course is to enable students to understand the basic terms and concepts specific to economics. Thus, it is aimed to enable students to use economic terminology correctly and effectively and to develop their ability to understand and analyse current economic events. Increasing financial literacy is also among the goals.

Course Content

Many economic concepts used in economic literature and daily economic life will be explained to students. It aims to develop students' skills in using economic terminology correctly. It also focuses on increasing their ability to understand and analyze current economic events.
