The purpose of this course is to equip students with the skills to understand and analyze current economic events. Seminars help students develop their ability to assess economic developments in Turkey and globally, understand the underlying causes of economic events, and predict future economic trends. Moreover, by encouraging students to engage in discussions and share their insights on economic issues, the course fosters critical thinking and communication skills.
The topics mentioned in the content will be explained to students mostly by department faculty members and, in some weeks, by guest participants.
