Objectives of the Course

This course aims to further examine the primary concepts in corporate finance by equipping the students with analytical skills in applying the theory of corporate finance in corporate financial decision makings.

Course Content

Introduction to financial management, objectives of financial manager, financial statements and financial planning, examining relation between risk and return and time, the dividend distribution policy (dividend irrelevance theory, the present bird theory, tax differences theory and dividend distribution variants), examination of company value and discussion of economic problems in the frame of learnt information.
