Objectives of the Course

The course aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge on topics such as perception, communication, learning, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, group dynamics, leadership, conflict, stress, and time management, in relation to individuals, groups, and organizations within the work environment

The Role and Importance of Behavioral Sciences in Management and Organizations; Organizational Behavior and Contemporary Approaches – Perception and Attribution Processes; Analysis of Personality and Individual Differences; Groups and Group Differences in Organizations; Organizational Culture; Beliefs, Attitudes, and Morale; Attitudes Toward Innovation – Monotony, Absenteeism – Organizational Stress; Participation in Management; Leadership; Motivation in Organizations; Conflict in Organizations; Organizational Power and Organizational Politics.
