Objectives of the Course

The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the management process, enhance their ability to establish connections between key management concepts, and equip them with the necessary competencies to accurately define and effectively resolve managerial problems.

Course Content

Management and Organization concept and Explaining Related concepts, Decision Making process, Planning, Organizational Structure, Classical Organization Theory, Neo-Classical Organization Theory, System Approach, Contingency Theory, Approaches to Environmental Compliance , Total Quality management, Utilization of Outsourcing -Key Capabilities, Network organizations, Process Renewal-comparison, Empowerment-Minimisation-decreasing position-Learning Organizations of the employee, Mass Customization- Total Success Indicator Method-Corporate Governance.
