The aim of the Individual Labor Law course is to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge that will enable them to understand individual employment relationships in the field of labor law. The course will focus on the legal framework of individual contracts between employees and employers, the working conditions, types of employment contracts, employee rights, employer obligations, and the conditions for termination of employment contracts. Students will learn the fundamental regulations within individual labor law and will gain the ability to assess employer-employee relationships within a legal framework.
The Individual Labor Law course focuses on the legal relationships between employees and employers. The course covers the types of employment contracts, validity requirements, and content. Employee rights (wages, leave, work safety) and employer obligations (regulating working conditions, health and safety) will be discussed. The termination of employment contracts, reasons for termination, notice periods, and compensation will also be explored. Finally, employer-employee disputes and resolution methods, such as labor courts and arbitration, will be examined.
