The aim of this course is to discuss the main arguments related to the designs and operations of organizations in theoretical framework Discussing issues concerning organizational effectiveness, the contextual effects over organizations, structural adjustments and organizational processes is planned.

The most significant perpectives on organization theory (probability, resource dependency, population ecology, institutional, economic, symbolic-interpretive and post-modern approaches) and the dilemmas and discussions related to these approaches will be investigated.
