Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach students when personality begins and ends and how it is protected, personal capacity, the difference between a real person and a legal person, how a family is established in the legal system, the dissolution of marriage and its consequences, the basic concepts of property law, the concept and principles of real rights, possession, the right of ownership of the land registry institution and limited real rights, the legal consequences that the legal system attaches to the death of a person, general concepts of inheritance law, who are the heirs and what percentage of the estate they have, the dispositions made by the testator upon death, their conditions, their validity, the acquisition and sharing of the inheritance.
