Objectives of the Course

This course aims to provide the students the ability to understand and utilize effective supply chain management strategies. Defines the concept and processes of supply chain management and conveys integration objectives. It aims to learn about supply chain processes, procurement activities, integration steps, distribution network design and digital supply chains.

Course Content

Purchasing and contract management, Introduction to Supply Chain Management, Supply chain organization, supplier selection process, distribution networks, inventory management, pricing decisions, supply chain coordination and bullwhip effect, use of information technology.
