The aim of this course is to develop students’ abilities to conduct research on a selected topic in the field of public finance, produce a scientific paper, work collaboratively in groups, and present their findings in an academic setting.
In this course, students form groups of 4–5 people to prepare a seminar project on a topic of their choice within the field of public finance. Throughout the semester, they attend weekly advisor meetings to share progress and receive guidance. At the end of the semester, each group presents their work and receives feedback from peers and the instructor. After incorporating the feedback, they submit the final version of their seminar paper.
