Objectives of the Course

Learning the meaning and function of administrative law and getting to know the principles that govern the administrative organization, and the administrative organization.

The meaning of administrative law, sources of administrative law, administrative activity, principles governing administrative organization, administrative organization.

Learning Outcomes
1.Understands the characteristics of administrative law discipline as a branch of public law.
2.Learns the distinction between central administration and decentralised administration.
3.Learns the concept of public legal entity.
4.Understands the characteristics of the concepts of hierarchy and tutelage to ensure the integrity of the administrative organisation.
5.Learns the meaning of the principle of the rule of law which dominates the administration and its elements democracy, justice, equality, human rights values.
