Objectives of the Course

Learning the distinction between administrative action, administrative transaction, contracts of the administration; learning about public service and law enforcement activities and learning the status of civil servants.

Course Content

The means of activity of the administration, administrative, action, administrative act, contracts of the administration, public service, law enforcement, public goods, expropriation, personnel of the administration.

Learning Outcomes
1.Learns the distinction between administrative action-action and comprehends the control of the conformity of the administration's actions to the law.
2.Learns the principles of equality, justice and lawfulness that dominate the tools of the administration's activities and comprehends the legal disputes that may arise regarding these tools.
3.Understands the characteristics of the concept of public service and learns the differences with law enforcement activities.
4.Learns the concept of public property and comprehends the details of the expropriation procedure.
5.Learns the personnel of the administration and especially the status of civil servants, understands the rights and obligations of civil servants.
