It examines how public expenditures and revenues are used within the scope of budget policy and their effects on economic stability, growth, full employment, and income distribution. Additionally, the course addresses the theoretical foundations of budget policies within classical, Keynesian, and contemporary economic approaches, as well as their practical applications in Turkey and around the world, with a focus on fiscal discipline and sustainable fiscal policies.
