Objectives of the Course

Borç kavramı, borcun kaynakları, sözleşme, haksız fiil ve sebepsiz zenginleşme kavramlarının öğrenilerek bazı özel borç ilişkilerinin kavranması.

Course Content

The formation of debts, the concept of debt relationship and liability, legal liability, legal transactions and sources of debt, establishment of contracts, liability arising from contracts, liability arising from torts, unjust enrichment, freedom and limitation of contract, disorders of will and disability of will, strict liability, provisions of debts and their termination, special debt relations.

2.To be able to distinguish the types and aspects of Debt.
