Objectives of the Course

The primary aim of the course is for students to learn the concept of human rights with its intellectual foundations. In addition, it is also aimed to teach the existing legislation and institutions in our country on human rights and to raise awareness in students about human rights.

Course Content

Concept of human rights, history of human rights, intellectual foundations of human rights, human rights law, limitation of rights and human rights governance in Türkiye.
