Specialization Field Course. The aim of the Social Security Law II course is to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the functioning of the social security system, existing legal frameworks, and social security practices. The course will cover key topics such as insurance branches, premium payment obligations, insured rights, and social security agreements within the framework of social security law.
The Social Security Law II course provides a comprehensive overview of the social security system. This course will discuss the branches of social security insurance, the rights of the insured, the payment of insurance premiums, and the state's role in the social security system. Topics such as work accidents, occupational diseases, disability, old age, and death insurance will be examined in detail, with a focus on social security agreements and international social security regulations. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of the legal aspects of the social security system, particularly in the context of Turkish social security legislation and practices.
