Objectives of the Course

Specialization Field Course. The objective of the "Individual Labor Law Practices" course is to enable students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge of individual labor law through practical examples and case analyses, and to develop their skills in practical analysis and legal interpretation concerning topics such as types of employment contracts, termination procedures, employee-employer obligations, and judicial processes.

Course Content

This course addresses individual labor law topics through an applied approach. Practical exercises include drafting employment contracts and termination notices, analyzing reinstatement lawsuits, calculating severance and notice compensations, overtime calculations, regulating working hours, and annual leave computations. Additionally, example judicial decisions and contemporary dispute cases are analyzed, and students are expected to develop legal solutions for specific real-life scenarios.
