The aim of this course is to enable students to recognize ethical principles and values in the workplace, understand ethical decision-making processes, and develop a sense of professional responsibility. The course also aims to equip students with the ability to analyze ethical dilemmas encountered in working life and generate appropriate ethical solutions.
This course aims to define ethical problems encountered in professional life, develop appropriate solutions, and promote an ethical approach to work. The content covers basic ethical theories, professional ethics, honesty, fairness, confidentiality, social responsibility, workplace morality, corporate ethics, ethical dilemmas, and ethical decision-making processes. Students will gain experience in ethical analysis through real-world case studies.
