The Work Psychology course aims to examine topics such as psychological health, motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, stress management, and group dynamics in the workplace. The main objective of the course is to help students understand the psychological processes encountered in work environments and to discuss how these processes impact individual productivity, behavior, and relationships. Additionally, developing strategies to support psychological well-being in the workplace is also a key aim of the course.
This course will cover topics related to the psychological health of individuals in the workplace, stress, job satisfaction, motivation, leadership, group dynamics, and workplace interactions. Issues such as employee productivity, job safety, adjustment processes, and psychological well-being will be discussed in detail. Additionally, research on worker psychology, organizational psychology theories, and practical techniques will be examined. By the end of the course, students will be able to better understand psychological factors in the workplace and develop strategies to improve employees' psychological well-being.
