The aim of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how individuals think, feel, and behave within social contexts by exploring the fundamental theories, concepts, and research findings of social psychology. Through topics such as social perception, attitudes, conformity, prejudice, group dynamics, interpersonal attraction, and the self, students will develop the ability to analyze and interpret human behavior in social environments. Additionally, the course emphasizes the practical applications of social psychology in everyday life, including areas such as health, education, media, and the workplace.
Social psychology and research methods, social perception and social cognition, attitudes and theoretical approaches related to attitude change, psychological processes affecting social behavior, social impact and conformity, group dynamics, interpersonal relations.
