Objectives of the Course

The course Human Resource Management and New Industrial Relations aims to help students understand the interaction between human resource management and industrial relations. The course covers a wide range of topics, from traditional human resource management practices to new approaches in industrial relations. Students will gain knowledge in areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, and performance management, while also learning how industrial relations have evolved in today’s business world.

Course Content

In this course, the relationship between human resource management and industrial relations will be explored, covering processes from recruitment to performance management. Additionally, union organization, collective bargaining, and new approaches to industrial relations will be discussed in detail. Students will gain the ability to develop human resource strategies that enhance productivity in work environments.
