The Social Policies for Risk Groups course aims to examine the social policies developed for vulnerable groups exposed to social risks. The course will discuss interventions in areas such as social exclusion, poverty, unemployment, disability, and other social risks. Students will gain knowledge on how policies targeting these risk groups are shaped within the framework of the social state's responsibilities and will assess the effectiveness of these policies.
In this course, social policies targeting risk groups will be discussed in detail. The challenges faced by risk groups such as poverty, unemployment, disability, old age, and childhood, and the policies developed by the social state for these groups will be explored. Additionally, the course will provide an in-depth analysis of how social services, social security systems, and health policies serve these groups and their societal impact.
