Objectives of the Course

The aim of International Financial Management II is to develop an analytical and strategic perspective on the financial decision-making processes faced by multinational corporations, focusing on topics such as cost of capital, investment evaluation, working capital management, and mergers & acquisitions. The course also seeks to provide practical knowledge on global financial planning, risk analysis, and the effective use of financial instruments in an international context.

Course Content

This course covers key areas of multinational corporate finance including international investment decisions, cost and structure of capital, working capital management, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis techniques, and alternative financing tools such as leasing, factoring, and forfaiting. Topics such as international financial planning, strategic risk management, and investment evaluation are explored through case studies and applied examples. By the end of the course, participants are expected to have the ability to analyze and interpret global financial decisions effectively.
