The aim of this course is to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to adapt to the changing nature of future professions and the world of work. Students will develop a strategic perspective on their careers by gaining insights into topics such as digitalization, automation, and innovative work models. Additionally, by strengthening entrepreneurship, personal branding, leadership, and communication skills, students will be prepared for professional working life.
The course "Future Professions and Preparation for the World of Work" aims to help students acquire the skills and competencies needed to adapt to changes in the labor market. The course examines the impact of technological and social transformations on professions, assisting students in understanding new generation professions and required skills. The role and future impact of artificial intelligence, automation, digitalization, and flexible work models in the workplace are discussed. Moreover, through entrepreneurship, innovation, and creative thinking skills, students build their professional identity and develop critical work skills such as personal branding, digital identity management, communication, leadership, and teamwork. Students are equipped with practical competencies related to the working life, including career planning, resume preparation, and interview techniques, preparing them to take necessary steps for success in their careers.
