Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to ensure that students learn the basic concepts of agricultural expertise and to develop their capacity to acquire knowledge, practices and skills that can help in report preparation and expertise.

Course Content

This course provides the definition of legal and agricultural concepts that are important for agricultural expertise, the preparation of expert reports by obtaining information on various case topics. Students gain the skills to apply and interpret valuation criteria and agricultural expertise within the framework of objective and scientific foundations in a field of study such as agriculture, where many different components and values are involved.

The concept of agricultural expertise, its scope, definition, determination of the factors affecting the value of agricultural movable and immovable property and the principles of practice regarding expert witnessing.

Introducing the legal framework regarding agricultural expertise
Week 3 - Theoretical
Expropriation Law, real estate acquisition methods, survey and expert examination, principles of determination of expropriation value, full and partial expropriation, urgent expropriation
Week 4 - Theoretical
Valuation and applications in single-year (annual) products
Week 5 - Theoretical
Valuation and applications of perennial (fruiting and non-fruiting) agricultural products
Week 6 - Theoretical
Valuation of agricultural buildings, expropriation through exchange
Week 7 - Theoretical
Cost determination in damage cases, retaliation cases
Week 8 - Theoretical
Preparing sample scientific and agricultural expert reports on right of way and easement issues

Establishment of easement right and determination of price

Valuation according to different types of formations on the real estate
