Objectives of the Course

To provide knowledge on scientific thinking and methods. To gain knowledge on basic mechanic principles. Introducing the field concepts and electric and magnetic field. To point out the applications of electric and magnetic fields in our daily life.

Course Content

Vectors, Describing motion, Laws of motion and its applications, Work and energy, Conservation of Energy and Momentum, Rotational, Vibrational Motion and Waves. Laws of motions and fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. Electrical charge and matter, Coulomb’s and Gauss’Law, Electric field, Electrical Potential, Magnetic field, sources of magnetic field.
