Objectives of the Course

To gain knowledge and skill on the definition, objectives, basic principles and processes of land use planning and land evaluation; types, structures and main principles of land suitability classification; widely used land use planning and classification methods in local, regional and national scale. The objective of this course are on the protection of soil which required an approach based on the agricultural land use for other cases of purposes and determining the agricultural production in order to maintain a inclined fields and evaluation of land use planning.

Course Content

Turkey's agricultural land structure, land-use planning, land use issues, relations between soil and soil using, agricultural land classification methods, suitability for irrigated agriculture agricultural assessment items will be explained in detail. Land acquisition of the physical, social and economic data, economic evaluation are the contents of the course.
