Objectives of the Course

To teach using statistical methods on solution of the problems that are within the scope of agricultural economics, agricultural products and food production systems

Course Content

Statistical concepts, descriptive statistics, graphical method, measures of central tendency, diffusion measures, moments, skewness and kurtosis, probability, discrete probability distribution, continuous probability distribution, sampling distribution, point and interval estimation, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, chi square test
