Objectives of the Course

Development of agro-based industries in Turkey, investment in agro-industrial enterprises planning, functions of agro-based industries production, marketing and personnel management, the calculation of the profitability of the entity, criteria for the interpretation of events.

Course Content

Agricultural product position in the business of Turkey's economy and development, agro-industry interaction, agricultural products and agricultural inputs industry, food industry and agro-industry and the concept of enterprises, farms and properties, food and agricultural industry enterprises and properties, the capital structure of agricultural products business and analysis of operating results, EU Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) Factors affecting the work of agricultural enterprises, SMEs, etc. KOSGEB, Credits. features and agro-industry interaction of agricultural and industrial enterprises, the definition of the concept of agro-industry and discussed the development of our country, the basic economic functions of the agro-industrial enterprises (production, marketing, finance) and auxiliary functions terms (accounting, personnel, R & D, etc.) operation evaluation with practical examples of the differences compared to other sectors, sub-sectors of the agricultural industry as a sectoral analysis and visits to agro-firms.
