Objectives of the Course

It aims to help students know themselves, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, identify and manage their emotions, develop self-compassion and empathy skills, and support their individual development by incorporating awareness into their daily lives.

Course Content

This course supports students in developing self-awareness, understanding their own sense of self, and acquiring self-compassion skills. Topics include recognizing and managing their emotions, coping with challenging emotions like stress and anger, recognizing their strengths and areas for development, and connecting their personal values ??to their life goals. Throughout the course, in addition to theoretical knowledge, students are actively engaged through reflective writing, mindfulness exercises, discussions, and group work, aiming to practice mindfulness skills in daily life.
