Drawing on the framework of financial management, investment decisions and financial markets, this course deals with fundamental components of financial management and basic financial decisions and applications to solve financial problems.
Finance function in firms and financial goals, time value of money, and financial analysis and control, financial planning, working capital management, capital budgeting, investment planning, risk assessment of investment projects, capital structure and capital structure decisions, capital costs, financing and operating leverage, dividend policies, financial markets, instruments and institutions, portfolio management, return and risk calculation, international finance and markets, risk management and risk management tools, case studies.
