Teaching concepts and processes to understand and manage supply chains, academic knowledge required for supply chain network design and supply chain strategies It is provided.
Basic concepts of supply chain management, customer value in the supply chain and supply chain strategies, supply chain processes, supply chain network design, supply chain logistics operations and Benefit-Cost Analysis, uncertainty in the supply chain and inventory management, information management and technologies, supply chain integration and collaboration in supply chain management, performance management and SCOR Model in the supply chain, risk management in the supply chain, sustainability and supply chain management, current issues in the supply chain.
