Objectives of the Course

Basic concepts related to agricultural waste management, wastes resulting from processing of available vegetable, animal and agricultural products and collection of waste water, storage, evaluation, and to have an idea about their effects on handling and environment.

Course Content

Management and identification of agricultural wastes, collection of agricultural waste, transporting, storage and processing processes, incineration, volume reduction, solidification, storage techniques, the role of soil and plants in waste management. waste impact on the soil and groundwater the use of agricultural waste products, energy recovery from agricultural wastes, composted. The place of agricultural waste management in laws and regulations.
