To teach the presentation of a report on subjects related with nutrition and dietetics. By completion this course successfully, the students will - read and learn how to critically analyze and interpret original articles published in a wide variety of journals - investigate a current food or nutrition topic and present this information in seminar format to the class - learn how to make professional presentations and how to critique the presentations given by others
