1.	To be able to interpret the historical evolution process of management-organisation concept.
2.	To be able to define the motivation and learning theories comparatively both in traditional and modern forms.
3.	To be able to recognize the concepts of work ethic and the ethical responsibilities of managements; to be able to distinguish the concepts of ethic, conscience and morality,
4.	To be able to recognize the elements of culture in an organization by employing the concepts of organizational stress management
