Objectives of the Course

To emphasize the differences of Verbal, nonverbal and written communication , to explore the place of empathy during communication, , to evaluate the importance of personal and organizational communication.

Course Content

Especially in the course of interpersonal communication, organizational communication and verbal and non-verbal communication issues will be discussed.

Learning Outcomes
1. To be able to recognise the traits of different factors such as the source, the receiver, the massege
2.To be able to recognise the communication patterns and the units in these patterns.
3. To be able to analyse which features the source and the receiver should have to be succesful in communication.
4. To be able to speak and listen by recognising verbal communication.
5.To be able to learn the correctly using of body language.
6.To be able to recognize the concept of empathy.
