1.To be able to comprehend the information about historical evolution process of management-organisation concept
2.To be able to comprehend the motivation and learning theories comparatively in both traditional and modern forms
3. To be able to acquire the crisis management within the context of both internal and external (organizational)crisis
4.To be able to comprehend the concepts of exhaustion and stress by having the information about organizational stress management
5.To be able acquire the theories of leadership within the framework of traditional and modern theories.
6.To be able to comprehend the concepts of job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
