The aim of this course is to ensure students grasp basic ideas and foundations of the field of natural language processing(NLP) and to equip them with the knowledge of ongoing research in the field of NLP.
This course covers the fundamental concepts and ideas in the field of natural language processing, including the latest research information. In the course, the statistical and rule-based methods that are widely used in natural language processing applications will be investigated in detail.
