Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to give information about, creativity and technological process of magazine publishing.

Course Content

In this lesson, firstly the historical development of the magazine will be discussed. Thereafter, Magazine types will be introduced. After the theoretical information such as basic layout rules, page elements, magazine montage plan are given; theoretical information will be practiced through computer program.

5.Have the knowledge about the development process of magazine design in Turkey and in the World.
6.Have the ability to prepare and design magazine contents.
7.Be able to recognize magazine industry and analyze magazine production processes.
8.Have the ability to apply photo and news language relations in magazines.
