Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the history of culture and art. It is aimed to equip students with the ability to evaluate, criticize and discuss classical and contemporary art movements as an area where cinema is nourished.

Course Content

The course focuses on the basic concepts of aesthetics and philosophy of art, and includes academic approaches necessary to analyze classical and contemporary art movements in terms of form and content.
