Objectives of the Course

To understand the importance of Supply Chain Management, learn the workings.

Course Content

Supply chain basic functions, structure and development, supply chain members, supply chain operations and strategy, supply chain design and modeling, supply chain and competitive advantage, demand forecasting and planning, product pricing, inventory management, procurement and supplier management, supply chain management production and distribution processes, performance measurement in the supply chain management around the world and in Turkey sample supply chain practices are the subject of this course.
